Warm Wall has over 15 years of experience working with external wall insulation systems across the UK. This background allows us to approach each project in Northampton and Northamptonshire with a clear understanding of how different substrates behave, how older brickwork and solid‑wall properties respond to insulation, and how local exposure conditions affect long‑term performance. Our focus is strictly on external wall insulation — we do not extend into damp proofing or unrelated services.

Every project begins with assessing the existing building fabric, identifying substrate issues and selecting the appropriate EPS or Mineral Wool system for the property. We look at substrate condition, moisture behaviour, fire performance requirements, thermal bridging risks and wind‑driven rain exposure — factors that are particularly relevant for many homes in Northamptonshire’s housing stock, especially solid‑wall buildings and properties with ageing render.

Each installation includes mechanical fixings, a reinforced basecoat, silicone render and careful detailing around openings, sills, eaves, corners and service penetrations.
